Brandon M. O’Donnell joined the agency in 2018 as an agent. Brandon is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and has been educated in insurance while employed by The Cincinnati Insurance Companies. During that time, he obtained designations in insurance of CPCU, AINS, and AAI. Brandon is Rich’s son and has been raised around insurance his whole life, and approaches the business having embraced all the customer service philosophies the agency has come to be known for. Like his father, Brandon makes house calls and makes himself available to his client’s at all times of day. He finds comfort in doing business face to face in the areas of commercial lines, personal lines, and life.
